Lead and manage an electrical engineering team to design control panels, renewable protection systems, and data center power configurations compliant with UL/ISO standards; produce CAD/BOMs, oversee product development, testing, vendor/customer technical interfacing, and manage resources and schedules to meet manufacturing goals.

Manage a portfolio of subscription customers to drive adoption, retention, ARR growth, renewals, and expansion using LAER methodology. Conduct QBRs, translate usage data into ROI, coordinate orders in ERP, maintain CRM data, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate risks and ensure customer success.

Design and engineer UL 891 switchboards and low-voltage power distribution systems; create schematics, layouts, BOMs; ensure UL/NEC compliance; support manufacturing, testing, UL inspections, and provide technical support for custom projects.

Provide sales and engineering CAD support by creating 2D/3D concept sketches and detailed mechanical and electrical drawings for quoting and production. Maintain CAD libraries and standards, interpret schematics and component specs, and support design of PLC control panels, power distribution systems, and custom enclosures in manufacturing and renewables.
