Manage a portfolio of subscription and ARR-based customer accounts through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Lead QBRs, track customer health and usage, demonstrate ROI, mitigate churn risk, and identify growth opportunities. Lead ASG Power’s national business development strategy, sales organization, strategic accounts, partnerships, pipeline, forecasting, and revenue growth. The role focuses on distributed power, utility-scale battery energy storage, and industrial automation markets. Responsibilities include team leadership, customer and partner development, proposal and contract negotiations, go-to-market planning, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and executive leadership. Travel up to 50% is required.

Supports the design, manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of power distribution and industrial control systems. Responsibilities include creating electrical schematics and CAD drawings, specifying components, maintaining BOMs, supporting sourcing, troubleshooting AC/DC systems and instrumentation, assisting with FAT and SAT, managing engineering changes, and partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, vendors, and customers. The role also contributes to manufacturing and quality procedures.

Provide technical pre-sales support for Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation industrial control components. Identify and cross-reference components, read electrical schematics, develop BOMs, deliver demos and training, assist with proposals, troubleshoot customer applications, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and vendor partners.

Provide front-line account and order support: process quotes and orders, manage ERP backorder and CRM records, coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance and Warehouse, resolve customer issues, assist walk-in customers, and learn product technical specs while maintaining excellent customer service.
