Manage a portfolio of subscription and ARR-based customer accounts through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Lead QBRs, track customer health and usage, demonstrate ROI, mitigate churn risk, and identify growth opportunities. Maintain CRM data, manage service orders in ERP systems, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with sales, support, services, and training teams to deliver customer value and retention.

Lead ASG Power’s national business development strategy, sales organization, strategic accounts, partnerships, pipeline, forecasting, and revenue growth. The role focuses on distributed power, utility-scale battery energy storage, and industrial automation markets. Responsibilities include team leadership, customer and partner development, proposal and contract negotiations, go-to-market planning, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and executive leadership. Travel up to 50% is required.

Supports the design, manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of power distribution and industrial control systems. Responsibilities include creating electrical schematics and CAD drawings, specifying components, maintaining BOMs, supporting sourcing, troubleshooting AC/DC systems and instrumentation, assisting with FAT and SAT, managing engineering changes, and partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, vendors, and customers. The role also contributes to manufacturing and quality procedures.
