Lead and manage market growth and sales teams to drive patient registrations and B2B partnerships. Oversee forecasting, sales processes, territory planning, budgeting for community events, performance management, recruitment, training, and implementation of field tools to capture pipeline and sales activity.

Lead CRM and strategic initiatives to grow patient attribution and transitions to Herself Health plans. Build CRM as a BI and measurement tool, advance analytics and reporting, optimize acquisition channels, analyze CAC, track KPIs, improve the new-patient journey, and manage/onboard onboarding specialists to maximize performance.

Provide Medicare and Medicare Advantage navigation for patients: enrollment and provider assignment support, reconcile plan rosters, activate supplemental benefits, assist with cost-sharing/billing questions, pharmacy benefit navigation, and escalate payer or systemic issues to internal teams.
