Provide Medicare and Medicare Advantage navigation for patients: enrollment and provider assignment support, reconcile plan rosters, activate supplemental benefits, assist with cost-sharing/billing questions, pharmacy benefit navigation, and escalate payer or systemic issues to internal teams.

Lead FP&A function: manage team, build forecasts, operating models, budgets and KPIs; drive financial reporting, variance analysis, fundraising support, and improve processes and controls.
