Manage prospecting, closing, and growth of national accounts in the c-store channel. Develop strategic sales plans, conduct field ride-alongs with wholesalers, present tailored proposals using sales data and tools, negotiate with buyers and brokers, coordinate cross-functionally (Supply Chain, Marketing), attend trade shows, and monitor competition to meet revenue and profit goals.

Handle customer service and order administration for national sales accounts: process purchase orders, monitor shipments, resolve order issues, coordinate with supply chain/warehouse/marketing, and support National Sales Account Managers to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Manage credit and collections for accounts receivable: monitor overdue accounts, contact customers, negotiate repayment plans, process payments and refunds, maintain records, produce status reports, and provide customer service and team backup support.

Lead month-end close, manage internal/external financial reporting, and own standard cost accounting. Supervise a team of four, analyze manufacturing variances, support audits, improve processes, and partner with operations to ensure accurate inventory valuation and timely financial results.

Lead AP, AR, and Master Data teams to ensure accurate transaction processing, strong internal controls, KPI management, and continuous process improvement. Oversee invoicing, payments, cash application, collections, vendor/customer data governance, ERP/system enhancements, and cross-functional partnerships while developing staff and driving operational scalability.
