Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, financial reporting, standard cost accounting, inventory valuation, variance analysis, reconciliations, and audit support. Manages a team of four while partnering with finance, operations, supply chain, and plant leadership. Drives process improvements, stronger controls, reporting accuracy, systems usage, and actionable business insights in a manufacturing environment.

Manages credit and collections activities for accounts receivable, including monitoring overdue accounts, contacting customers, establishing repayment plans, processing payments and refunds, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports. Provides customer service, resolves account issues, supports the broader Accounts Receivable team, and builds effective relationships with internal and external customers while working accurately and independently.
