Lead multidisciplinary design for power electronics products, with industrial design at the center. Develop physical product architecture, form, materials, interfaces, and production-ready details while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing. Create prototypes, CAD models, renderings, graphics, documentation, digital UX, environmental elements, and brand applications. Independently solve ambiguous problems, establish design systems, advocate for users, and raise design quality across the company.

Designs and builds mechanical fixtures, test stands, and infrastructure for medium-voltage power converters. Owns mechanical integration, interface definition, environmental and reliability testing, instrumentation and DAQ, failure analysis, test execution, data analysis, and production-readiness verification. Develops physics-of-failure and accelerated-life models, leads root-cause investigations, verifies design fixes, and influences architecture and integration milestones across the product lifecycle.

Own end-to-end technical execution of a power conversion platform from architecture through manufacturing launch. Coordinate power electronics, firmware, systems integration, test, reliability, compliance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams. Drive requirements, validation strategies, design reviews, BOM strategy, NPI readiness, DFMEA risk management, critical-path execution, and technical decision-making. The role requires deep understanding of converter architectures, control strategies, hardware-software dependencies, DFM, and power electronics product development in a fast-moving startup environment.

Support design, validation, and characterization of magnetic components for medium-voltage power converters. Perform lab measurements, build prototypes, run electromagnetic simulations, analyze EMI/EMC, and document results while collaborating with power electronics and layout teams.

Lead reliability-by-design strategy for grid power electronics products from concept through field deployment. Define reliability requirements, mission profiles, accelerated life tests, reliability models, warranty targets, and lifecycle cost objectives. Apply Physics of Failure and Design for Reliability principles, analyze field failures, and partner with electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, quality, product, and commercial teams. Mentor reliability engineers and build a scalable reliability engineering function.

Support the Business Development team by researching and profiling target accounts, maintaining CRM and pipeline data, tracking market developments, preparing account briefings and meeting materials, and translating technical content into customer-facing collateral for energy and data center customers.
