Supports regulatory compliance for power electronics products by interpreting IEEE, IEC, ISO, NERC, FERC, and other standards; developing and executing compliance test plans; building test infrastructure; debugging failures; and collaborating with engineering teams to achieve certifications and market entry. The intern also contributes to standards activities, technical documentation, and validation of grid-tied power hardware.

Develop and deploy production test systems, fixtures, and instrumentation for PCBAs, subsystems, and products. Support DFM/DFT, validation, EOL testing, board bring-up, root-cause debugging, yield improvement, and production ramps. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and vendors to deliver reliable, maintainable test stations and manufacturing documentation.

Accounting Manager responsible for building and scaling the accounting function at a high-growth technology and manufacturing company. Owns AP, accruals, payroll, AR, revenue, fixed assets, inventory, general ledger, reconciliations, and close activities. Designs scalable accounting processes, systems, controls, and automation while ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting. Partners cross-functionally on capitalization, expenses, inventory, manufacturing activities, and reporting improvements.
