As a Senior/Staff Safety Compliance Engineer, you will identify regulatory hurdles, ensure product compliance, and collaborate with design teams to achieve certifications for market entry.

Lead architecture and build backend services, data pipelines, developer tooling, and cloud infrastructure. Own CI/CD, Kubernetes deployments, observability, security, and platform reliability. Ship production code, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and solve cross-functional manufacturing and operations problems end-to-end.

The Director of Marketing & Communications will define Heron's voice, manage content strategy, build relationships with media, and shape the company's narrative in the energy sector.
