Own firmware release definition, integration, validation, and OTA strategy for power-conversion products. Coordinate stakeholders, scope releases, manage risk and test coverage, maintain traceability, and drive go/no-go decisions to ensure safe, timely ship of firmware on hardware.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for G&A and cross-functional roles at a fast-growing power-electronics startup. Source and engage passive candidates, manage interview loops and ATS tracking, partner with executives on hiring strategy, negotiate offers, and improve recruiting systems and candidate experience.

Work with engineers to design, model, prototype, and test medium-voltage power converters. Tasks include simulation, component selection, hardware bring-up, device characterization, lab testing (efficiency, thermal, EMC), and documenting results for design reviews.
