Own application-specific testing of solid-state transformers and high C-rate battery systems across data centers, utility-scale BESS, and PV plants. Perform lab and pilot-site integration testing, validate grid and battery functions, operate high-power equipment, debug performance, and develop Python automation for test sequencing, instrumentation, data logging, and analysis. Collaborate with systems integration, software, and firmware teams to identify field performance gaps and improve products.

Own application-specific testing and pilot deployment of solid-state transformers and battery energy storage systems. Responsibilities include hardware bring-up, power converter and test-equipment automation using Python, high-power lab testing, instrumentation, data acquisition, field-performance analysis, and debugging grid, battery, AI-load, and protection behaviors. The role also supports EMS, BMS, SCADA, DAS, grid-forming, black-start, cycling, and round-trip-efficiency integration testing while collaborating with software and firmware teams on product improvements.

Lead multidisciplinary design for power electronics products, with industrial design at the center. Develop physical product architecture, form, materials, interfaces, and production-ready details while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing. Create prototypes, CAD models, renderings, graphics, documentation, digital UX, environmental elements, and brand applications. Independently solve ambiguous problems, establish design systems, advocate for users, and raise design quality across the company.
