Develop and test embedded C firmware for power conversion products. Responsibilities include writing firmware, creating unit and hardware-in-the-loop tests, automating test execution, performing hardware bring-up, debugging with lab tools, improving build and development tooling, documenting work, and participating in code reviews alongside firmware and hardware engineers.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier development for industrial enclosures, fabricated metal components, and mechanical assemblies. Own category strategy, supplier selection, cost modeling, negotiations, manufacturing readiness, and production ramp support. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, NPI, finance, and supply chain teams to build a resilient supply base. Manage supplier risks involving cost, quality, capacity, logistics, and geopolitical exposure while resolving performance issues and driving corrective actions.

Lead global sourcing and supplier management for PCB fabrication, PCBA manufacturing, and electronics manufacturing services. Develop category strategies, negotiate pricing and contracts, perform should-cost and BOM analysis, qualify suppliers, and drive readiness from prototypes through mass production. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, finance, NPI, and supply chain teams to manage cost, quality, capacity, component availability, geopolitical exposure, and supplier performance.
