Lead all aspects of an assisted living community: operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, quality of care, community relations, sales/marketing, budgeting, and employee management to ensure resident dignity and high occupancy.

Lead and support nursing staff to deliver resident-centered care in a senior living community. Assist the Director of Nursing with organizing, directing, and overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, fostering relationships with residents and families, mentoring staff, and supporting quality outcomes and documentation.

Assist community leadership to maintain regulatory compliance, ensure adequate staffing and high-quality resident care, manage hiring/training/performance, maintain inspection and certification records, run staff meetings and orientations, and process payroll.
