Teams at Heritage Senior Living, LLC

Provides technical support to employees through phone, email, chat, remote desktop, and in-person channels. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, account-access, and connectivity issues; configures computers, mobile devices, applications, and peripherals; manages user accounts and access; supports onboarding, training, audio/visual technology, and technology maintenance. Documents resolutions, escalates complex issues, follows security procedures, and recommends improvements to technology reliability and user experience.

Leads senior living sales and community outreach to increase census and move-ins. Manages prospects from inquiry through move-in, conducts tours, builds referral relationships, coordinates marketing events, tracks sales activity in CRM systems, and partners with community and corporate leadership. The role also supports customer service, team coaching, reporting, and local market networking.

Supports the Executive Director in managing senior living community operations, resident services, staffing, compliance, budgeting, employee development, customer service, and sales activities. Supervises and schedules staff, supports resident and family experiences, assists with tours and move-ins, maintains regulatory records, and helps address operational and quality concerns. Requires a hands-on, organized leader comfortable working across clinical, culinary, housekeeping, life enrichment, and administrative functions.
