Manage full-cycle AR/AP, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close. Produce financial reports, support audits and compliance with GAAP, improve processes and internal controls, collaborate across teams, and support cash flow and vendor/client billing activities for a diagnostics healthcare location.

Supervise molecular laboratory operations including high-complexity PCR testing, quality control, assay validation, instrument maintenance, staff training and competency, CLIA/CAP compliance, documentation, and workflow and performance improvement to ensure accurate, timely patient results.

Process and prepare toxicology patient specimens, run screening and confirmation tests on manual, semi-automated, and automated platforms, perform preanalytical duties, follow QC/QA and safety protocols, maintain instrument and testing records, support proficiency testing, and perform end-of-shift and downtime tasks.

Process and analyze clinical specimens for molecular diagnostics, prepare reagents and QC, run and maintain instruments, report accurate results, troubleshoot issues, participate in validations, maintain records and inventory, and follow safety, QA/QC, and regulatory procedures.
