Provides front-desk administrative support in a healthcare laboratory by answering phones, greeting visitors, managing emails and mail, maintaining records, resolving inquiries, and protecting patient health information under HIPAA and laboratory compliance requirements.

Process and prepare toxicology patient specimens, run screening and confirmation tests on manual, semi-automated, and automated platforms, perform preanalytical duties, follow QC/QA and safety protocols, maintain instrument and testing records, support proficiency testing, and perform end-of-shift and downtime tasks.

Process and analyze clinical specimens for molecular diagnostics, prepare reagents and QC, run and maintain instruments, report accurate results, troubleshoot issues, participate in validations, maintain records and inventory, and follow safety, QA/QC, and regulatory procedures.
