Provides non-clinical support to residents and nursing staff by making beds, answering call lights, delivering meals, assisting with laundry, maintaining clean and safe areas, encouraging activities, documenting information, and reporting concerns. The role requires compassionate resident interaction, reliability, clear communication, organization, and adherence to safety and care procedures.

Lead and coordinate direct care for residents as a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN). Supervise nurse aides, administer medications, perform treatments, transcribe physician orders, document assessments and care, participate in shift reports, educate staff on policies, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and manage staffing coverage during shortages.
