Teams at Heritage House Nursing and Rehabilitation

Assists with meal service in nursing or dining areas by assembling trays, delivering carts, preparing and portioning food, managing supplies, and following standardized recipes. Maintains cleanliness by disposing of refuse and washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Requires dependable attendance, teamwork, efficiency, food-safety awareness, and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Lead and coordinate direct care for residents as a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN). Supervise nurse aides, administer medications, perform treatments, transcribe physician orders, document assessments and care, participate in shift reports, educate staff on policies, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and manage staffing coverage during shortages.
