Maintain and repair exterior grounds and landscaping to ensure appearance, safety and functionality. Perform routine plant and turf care, install and troubleshoot irrigation systems, clear walkways and parking areas, operate and maintain equipment, assist with seasonal planting/pruning/fertilizing and pest control, inspect for hazards, follow safety and sanitation policies, and support property operations on a flexible schedule.

Perform room support and public-area cleaning under housekeeping supervision: strip beds, change linens, remove trash, deep-clean tasks, report hazards/loss, support front-of-house, follow safety/PPE and property standards to ensure guest comfort.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and back-of-house areas, operate dishwashing equipment, restock supplies, remove waste, and support banquet/event breakdowns. Adhere to food safety and health regulations, assist culinary teams, and perform general cleaning and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe, organized kitchen environment.
