The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests, provides spa information and tours, schedules appointments, processes payments, recommends services and retail products, and coordinates with spa staff. The role also maintains clean, stocked guest areas, follows opening, closing, safety, and operational procedures, supports inventory control, and assists with training new staff. It requires strong communication, organization, professionalism, computer and scheduling-system proficiency, and flexible availability.
