Provides visible security presence across hotel properties through patrols, surveillance, incident response, emergency assistance, access support, and accurate reporting. Maintains a safe, welcoming environment for guests and employees, communicates with leadership, supports security procedures and training, and assists other property operations as needed. Requires flexible availability, sound judgment, strong communication, CPR certification, and a valid New Mexico driver’s license.

Maintains kitchen, dishwashing, and back-of-house cleanliness and sanitation; operates dishwashing equipment; organizes and stores clean items; restocks supplies; removes waste; cleans kitchen areas and equipment; follows food safety regulations; supports banquet breakdown; and communicates professionally with culinary and service teams.

Supports housekeeping and front-of-house operations by maintaining guest rooms, corridors, service areas, and public spaces. Responsibilities include removing linens and waste, changing bedding, deep cleaning, reporting hazards or property damage, addressing guest concerns, and assisting housekeeping staff. The role requires reliable teamwork, attention to detail, professional communication, adherence to safety procedures, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late nights.
