The Spa Receptionist welcomes guests, provides spa information and tours, schedules appointments, processes payments, recommends services and retail products, and coordinates with spa staff. The role also maintains clean, stocked guest areas, follows opening, closing, safety, and operational procedures, supports inventory control, and assists with training new staff. It requires strong communication, organization, professionalism, computer and scheduling-system proficiency, and flexible availability.

Patrol hotel properties, monitor for unsafe or unusual activity, respond to emergencies, manage incidents, assist guests and staff, and maintain accurate security reports and activity logs. The role supports access control, preventive surveillance, safety procedures, and security training while maintaining a calm, professional hospitality environment. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and support sister properties is required.

Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in kitchen and back-of-house areas. Operates dishwashing equipment, handles cleaned items, restocks supplies, removes waste, cleans kitchen surfaces and equipment, follows food safety regulations, and supports banquet and event breakdown. Requires flexibility, teamwork, attention to detail, physical stamina, and availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and back-of-house areas, operate dishwashing equipment, organize and store cleaned items, restock supplies, remove waste, clean floors and equipment, assist with banquet breakdowns, follow food safety and health regulations, and support the culinary and service teams.

Lead and support Front of House teams across multiple outlets, manage daily service flow and staffing, assist with scheduling, training and performance, coordinate with culinary teams, resolve guest issues, and maintain cleanliness, food safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service standards.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, service and public areas. Support housekeeping attendants and front desk teams, change linens, remove trash, perform deep-cleaning and special projects, report safety hazards or damage, and follow safety, uniform and confidentiality policies. Provide courteous guest interactions and flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
