Provides executive oversight of multi-region environmental service operations, including P&L, revenue growth, budgeting, safety, hazardous-waste compliance, project execution, customer relationships, talent development, and strategic expansion. Leads geographically dispersed teams, standardizes operations, manages risk, supports major proposals and acquisitions, and drives continuous improvement across business units.

Manages environmental remediation, industrial services, and emergency response projects from planning through completion. Coordinates field crews, dispatchers, equipment, manpower, customer communications, change orders, budgets, timelines, safety compliance, and work quality. Conducts job walks, trains and supervises employees, resolves operational issues, supports customer relationships, and responds to emergency calls. The role requires extensive supervisory experience, field work, regulatory knowledge, safety awareness, and occasional physical work in demanding conditions.

Coordinates hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal services, transportation logistics, customer communications, scheduling, quotes, work orders, billing, and invoicing documentation. Maintains accurate client, pricing, and job data in NetSuite and Waste LINQ, reconciles manifests and supporting records, resolves discrepancies, supports inside sales, and assists with reporting and audit readiness.

Prepares, reviews, and processes B2B invoices using NetSuite ERP. Reconciles billing with contracts, manifests, service records, and operational data; resolves customer billing inquiries and discrepancies; maintains audit-ready records; supports accounts receivable, reporting, billing automation, compliance, and system improvements.

Develops new hazardous waste services business through networking, relationship building, market research, proposals, and strategic sales. Manages customer accounts, pipeline, CRM activity, collections, forecasting, and territory growth strategy. Requires knowledge of hazardous and non-hazardous waste services, RCRA, DOT, TSDFs, and regional suppliers. The role includes customer visits, trade shows, leadership presentations, marketing support, and travel.

Leads enterprise performance and analytics strategy, including Business Intelligence, executive dashboards, KPI governance, reporting automation, data standards, and decision support. Partners with Finance, IT, and business leaders to improve forecasting, planning, operational performance, and value creation. Oversees Power BI and Microsoft Fabric initiatives, enterprise reporting architecture, mergers and acquisitions analytics, Board reporting, and self-service reporting. Supervises and develops analytics personnel while promoting enterprise-wide data-driven decision-making.

Supports administration, customer service, procurement, production, and office operations. Analyzes processes and operational data, coordinates meetings and projects, reconciles purchase orders and invoices, documents procedures, supports training, manages office events and supplies, and maintains calendars and archives. The role also assists with customer order processing, workflow optimization, and cross-functional communication in both office and warehouse production environments.

The Business Development Manager will generate new client business, develop strategic sales tactics, engage with customers, and manage activities in the CRM system while supporting marketing initiatives.
