Develops new hazardous waste services business through networking, relationship building, market research, proposals, and strategic sales. Manages customer accounts, pipeline, CRM activity, collections, forecasting, and territory growth strategy. Requires knowledge of hazardous and non-hazardous waste services, RCRA, DOT, TSDFs, and regional suppliers. The role includes customer visits, trade shows, leadership presentations, marketing support, and travel.

Leads enterprise performance and analytics strategy, including Business Intelligence, executive dashboards, KPI governance, reporting automation, data standards, and decision support. Partners with Finance, IT, and business leaders to improve forecasting, planning, operational performance, and value creation. Oversees Power BI and Microsoft Fabric initiatives, enterprise reporting architecture, mergers and acquisitions analytics, Board reporting, and self-service reporting. Supervises and develops analytics personnel while promoting enterprise-wide data-driven decision-making.

Lead treasury strategy, cash management, budgeting and forecasting. Develop policies for capital structure, FX and interest-rate risk, supervise junior analyst, partner with senior leadership and banks, maintain KPI dashboards, and support financial analysis for capital and operational decisions.
