Maintains accurate client, pricing, and job data in NetSuite and Waste LINQ, reconciles manifests and supporting records, resolves discrepancies, supports inside sales, and assists with reporting and audit readiness.

Prepares, reviews, and processes B2B invoices using NetSuite ERP. Reconciles billing with contracts, manifests, service records, and operational data; resolves customer billing inquiries and discrepancies; maintains audit-ready records; supports accounts receivable, reporting, billing automation, compliance, and system improvements.

Oversee the success and operations of regional branches by driving sales performance, meeting quotas, managing pricing, developing personnel, and promoting safety. Train and coach branch managers and employees, monitor business results, identify performance issues, implement solutions, develop sales incentives, support hiring, and collaborate with regional and field-service leaders. The role requires frequent driving and customer-site visits, exposure to industrial environments, and use of personal protective equipment.
