Manage and direct QC lab functions for heavy highway materials, supervise QC technicians, develop and approve mix designs, conduct internal audits and OJT, maintain equipment, ensure INDOT compliance and safety, coordinate with plant, field crews, estimating, and aggregate suppliers.

Generate revenue by selling asphalt-related products, identify customer needs, acquire and maintain accounts, forecast sales, coordinate with plant operations, gather market intelligence, represent the company at industry events, support field and plant projects, and mentor staff.

The Safety Representative supports the Safety Director with implementing health and safety programs, conducting site inspections, and delivering training across multiple construction job sites.
