Supports brand strategy and executes social media, email, website, internal communications, and visual content initiatives. Maintains brand consistency across channels, collaborates with creative, sales, talent, and business teams, and develops marketing assets aligned with business goals. The role also manages stakeholder requests, supports campaign execution, and occasionally travels to job sites, company locations, and events to gather content.

Provides administrative support to the construction estimating team by preparing bid and prequalification documents, assembling bid packages, coordinating DBE solicitations, conducting quantity take-offs, and soliciting suppliers and subcontractors. Maintains accurate records, communicates with customers and project partners, supports drawing preparation and promotions, handles correspondence, and attends public bid openings. Regular travel to job, customer, and corporate sites is required.

Provides administrative support for asphalt pricing by maintaining records, preparing documentation, collecting vendor and internal data, entering information, and generating routine reports. Assists with setup and supervised operation of IRI pavement smoothness testing equipment, collects field data, supports basic analysis, and maintains equipment readiness. Requires indoor and outdoor work, job-site travel, technical specification comprehension, and adherence to safety procedures.
