Owner of health-system partnerships and referral engine: map stakeholders, run outreach to health systems (NY/NJ + national), build scalable partnership playbooks, design creative engagement campaigns, and establish long-term trust with clinicians and executives.

Founding BizOps role to build Hera's growth engine, launch new markets, design quality systems, and translate field expertise into scalable product and processes. Work closely with Heroes (social workers and nurses), iterate from the field, and own high-impact cross-functional projects with high autonomy.

As Hera's founding product designer, you’ll own end-to-end surfaces (Hero platform, family experience, brand), embed with users, prototype with LLMs and code, translate validated work into Figma, build the design system, and partner with founders and engineers to define product strategy and ship highly trustworthy experiences.

Provide dedicated, ongoing remote care management for older adults covered by Medicare. As a 1099 Hero you manage client caseloads, coordinate post-discharge support, solve care gaps, leverage technology and AI, and partner with families to keep clients safely aging at home.

Own Hero performance, quality, and efficiency at scale. Define and measure excellent Hero interactions, build coaching and escalation systems, streamline workflows, partner with product/engineering to augment frontline work, and own hiring/onboarding to expand who can become a Hero. Balance immediate fixes with durable systems to scale trusted, home-based senior care across regions.

Build and own Hera's core backend systems: architect reliable, idempotent services and APIs, handle sensitive medical/billing/operational data, shape infrastructure and data decisions, and raise engineering rigor around testing, performance, and security.

Founding Frontend Engineer to own and build core frontend experiences, translate design taste into product quality, work closely with users, set frontend standards, and operate autonomously. Build polished, trust-focused interfaces for families, Heroes, and care professionals using modern web and AI-native workflows.

Own Hera’s full B2C growth engine: create emotive, shareable content; run SEO and paid social/search campaigns; design experiments and attribution; build automated, AI-assisted production workflows; and manage budget to scale acquisition.
