Lead full-cycle recruiting as the founding recruiter: own sourcing, screening, and closing for technical and business roles; build talent strategy and hiring processes; aggressively source passive candidates using AI-native tools; shape candidate experience and employer brand; partner closely with founders and hiring managers to scale the team in NYC.

Build and own Hera's backend systems: design fault-tolerant services, reliable data infrastructure, and consumer-grade APIs. Shape data handling for medical, billing, and operational workflows. Improve engineering rigor via testing, performance tuning, and maintainable architectures. Enable capture and compounding of expert knowledge to scale care delivery.

Owner of health-system partnerships and referral engine: map stakeholders, run outreach to health systems (NY/NJ + national), build scalable partnership playbooks, design creative engagement campaigns, and establish long-term trust with clinicians and executives.
