Own Hera’s consumer growth engine from the ground up. Research families’ needs and trigger events, educate the market, develop messaging, and build demand across search, content, community, social, and other channels. Manage the full funnel from awareness through conversion, rapidly test creative growth ideas, analyze results and unit economics, and scale trustworthy channels that help families access care.

Build and own Hera's backend systems: design fault-tolerant services, reliable data infrastructure, and consumer-grade APIs. Shape data handling for medical, billing, and operational workflows. Improve engineering rigor via testing, performance tuning, and maintainable architectures. Enable capture and compounding of expert knowledge to scale care delivery.
