Teams at Hera

Owner of health-system partnerships and referral engine: map stakeholders, run outreach to health systems (NY/NJ + national), build scalable partnership playbooks, design creative engagement campaigns, and establish long-term trust with clinicians and executives.

Founding BizOps role to build Hera's growth engine, launch new markets, design quality systems, and translate field expertise into scalable product and processes. Work closely with Heroes (social workers and nurses), iterate from the field, and own high-impact cross-functional projects with high autonomy.

As Hera's founding product designer, you’ll own end-to-end surfaces (Hero platform, family experience, brand), embed with users, prototype with LLMs and code, translate validated work into Figma, build the design system, and partner with founders and engineers to define product strategy and ship highly trustworthy experiences.
