Enter customer transactions into the ERP, generate invoices/POs, manage PO forecasting and inventory, coordinate logistics and shipments (CFIA compliance for U.S. shipments), maintain customer records, track sales and product data, support customs documentation, and provide backup support to customer service and logistics teams.

Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing with ADP, benefits administration, HRIS data maintenance, employee relations and investigations, temporary foreign worker program administration, health and safety support (WSIB/JHSC), HR reporting and project support.
