Oversee full-time, on-site delivery of district heating installation works at a high-risk public seafront site. Manage safety, quality, programme, permits, RAMS, CDM compliance, subcontractors, work zones, materials, inspections, commissioning support, site records, QA documentation, environmental compliance and progress reporting. Coordinate installation crews, clients and stakeholders while maintaining public protection and ensuring works meet specifications and programme requirements.

Lead origination, commercial structuring and negotiation to secure major building connections to heat networks. Build senior stakeholder relationships, develop propositions, draft heads of terms and support connection and supply agreement negotiations. Coordinate technical, commercial and delivery teams, drive local market engagement, maintain a probability-weighted CRM pipeline, and influence long-term network expansion and investment decisions.

Maintain and repair commercial gas boilers and associated plant across heat networks. Perform PPMs, reactive call-outs, fault-finding, planned repairs, project remedial work, on-call rota duties, and keep maintenance records up to date.

Manage and own complaints handling and customer communications across the Customer Service function. Ensure compliance with complaints policy and regulators, coach agents, analyse trends to prevent issues, and maintain clear, consistent customer-facing templates and standards.

Support electrical building-services design for low-carbon heat network projects from concept through to operation. Produce lighting, power, LV distribution, containment and fire alarm designs, drawings, calculations and specifications; survey existing systems; coordinate multi-discipline teams; visit UK sites as required and iterate designs based on operational feedback.

Deliver operation and maintenance services across heat networks, servicing and repairing HIUs, fault finding and parts replacement, attending reactive callouts and on-call rota, completing PPMs and commissioning support, and providing technical support and training under the Technical Manager.
