Supports daily human resources administration with emphasis on weekly payroll, employee benefits, Michigan and Ohio unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation. Maintains confidential employee and payroll records, coordinates onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee relations documentation, compliance activities, audits, and HR projects. Responds to employee questions, resolves payroll discrepancies, coordinates with providers and agencies, and ensures accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

Provide assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, Essentials for Living), conduct functional analyses, create and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise staff and practicum students, provide parent and multidisciplinary consultation, maintain documentation and required supervision hours, and deliver center-based and in-home services.
