The Senior Accountant manages general ledger transactions, reconciliations, financial reporting, sales and use tax filings, GAAP compliance, audits, and internal controls. The role analyzes complex financial data, resolves variances, supports budgeting and treasury activities, mentors junior staff, and improves accounting processes. This is a remote U.S. position requiring accurate and timely reporting, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and collaboration across teams.

Supports partner requests for client benefit eligibility assessments by acknowledging, scheduling, documenting, and monitoring assessments through CRM dashboards and proprietary platforms. Handles high-volume inbound and outbound calls, follows up with customers, monitors referral escalations, and meets service-level, resolution-time, customer satisfaction, and call-handling KPIs. The role requires strong communication, independent remote work, computer proficiency, and comfort learning new technology.

Leads the Data Engineering and Analytics team, managing people, technical strategy, intake prioritization, data pipelines, governed reporting, and stakeholder delivery. Oversees Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow, and BigQuery data products while guiding predictive analytics and machine-learning initiatives such as forecasting, recommendations, and segmentation. Establishes quality, reliability, governance, and development standards; mentors team members; supports debugging, process improvement, monthly reporting, invoices, and scorecards. The role also promotes responsible AI adoption and PHI-compliant data practices.
