Own enterprise customer and vendor contracting from negotiation through signature, including redlines, procurement and risk-review requirements, insurance documentation, renewals, BAAs, contract repositories, and obligation tracking. Partner with Sales, Operations, Implementation, Finance, Security, and counsel to protect margins, manage risk, accelerate deal execution, standardize terms, and ensure signed commitments are operationally deliverable.

Supports full-cycle recruiting, candidate communications, interview scheduling, offer coordination, onboarding, background checks, employee records, benefits, payroll coordination, HR reporting, and employee support. The role serves as an HR contact, leads orientation, maintains confidentiality and compliance, and assists the People Operations team with administrative tasks and special projects in a hybrid work environment.

Leads the Data Engineering and Analytics team, managing people, strategy, intake, prioritization, data pipelines, governed reporting, and stakeholder delivery. Oversees Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow, and BigQuery data products; improves reliability, code quality, and operational processes. Guides predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives, including forecasting, recommendation, and segmentation models, with responsible healthcare data governance. Partners with product, operations, executives, clients, and vendors while supporting accurate reports, invoices, and monthly close activities.
