Own enterprise customer and vendor contracting from negotiation through signature, including redlines, procurement and risk-review requirements, insurance documentation, renewals, BAAs, contract repositories, and obligation tracking. Partner with Sales, Operations, Implementation, Finance, Security, and counsel to protect margins, manage risk, accelerate deal execution, standardize terms, and ensure signed commitments are operationally deliverable.

Oversee complex government health-plan accounts, serving as the primary partnership lead across health plans, Operations, and internal teams. Manage governance, account health, contractual performance, reporting, risks, escalations, client communications, and executive business reviews. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, validate dashboards and deliverables, track action items, and translate operational trends into recommendations that improve partner outcomes, service delivery, and account stability.

Supports revenue accounting, reconciliations, invoicing, deferred revenue, accounts receivable, monthly close, GAAP and ASC 606 compliance, reporting, variance analysis, audits, data-quality controls, and process improvements. Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, Legal, and external stakeholders while managing revenue-related projects and producing audit-ready documentation and insightful reporting.
