Build customer relationships throughout the vehicle-buying journey, provide vehicle and pricing information, schedule showroom and test-drive appointments, and use consultative selling to help customers select vehicles. Demonstrate vehicles and financial products, develop product knowledge, handle objections, follow up with buyers, and generate referrals. The role requires flexible availability, including weekends, and a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.

Sell Subaru vehicles by guiding customers through the full buying journey: consult on pricing, features, financing, demos, test drives, follow-up, and build long-term relationships while meeting sales and CSI goals.

Lead and coach the sales team to increase volume and profit across new and used vehicles. Work deals end-to-end, provide daily training and onboarding, implement performance action plans, support compliance and dealership initiatives, and maintain bank and customer relationships to maximize transaction speed and PVR.
