The role combines desk management, finance expertise, sales leadership, training, performance reporting, deal structuring, and collaboration with dealership leadership to improve profitability, transaction speed, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

Sell Mazda vehicles by building customer relationships, explaining vehicle features, pricing, financing, and options, scheduling showroom and test-drive appointments, conducting demonstrations, overcoming objections, and following up to generate referrals. The role requires strong communication, consultative selling, product knowledge, flexible availability including weekends, a clean driving record, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation includes $18 per hour plus commissions and benefits.

Lead used-vehicle acquisition across three dealerships by sourcing inventory, coordinating transportation and reconditioning, managing online listings, supporting appraisals, and training sales staff on used vehicles. The role partners with owners, general managers, and sales managers to optimize inventory, merchandising, and sales performance. Candidates need at least two years of vehicle-buying experience, retail purchasing knowledge, strong communication skills, energy, ethical judgment, and prior sales success.
