Plans and executes multiple concurrent technical projects from conception through production. Manages customer relationships, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and cross-functional engineering and production teams. Provides technical guidance across design, testing, manufacturing, and assembly, while supporting proposals and additional project scopes.

Manages daily IT operations, infrastructure, security, end-user support, disaster recovery, compliance, vendors, and technology lifecycle management. Leads a two-person IT team, establishes help desk processes, oversees network and cloud platforms, supports SOC 2 and customer security reviews, and partners with leadership during company growth. The role requires hands-on administration across Windows, macOS, Linux, and virtualized environments, plus occasional travel between local facilities.

Leads complex, cross-functional hardware and software programs from requirements through production launch. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and stakeholders while managing schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendor deliverables, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Supports new product introduction and production transition, facilitates reviews, presents status to leadership, and ensures compliance with ITAR and government contracting requirements.

Develop and execute test strategies for electromechanical, robotic, camera, sensor, and embedded hardware systems from prototype through production. Build test fixtures and stations, automate testing, analyze failures, troubleshoot integrated hardware, validate camera and sensor performance, support product bring-up and certification testing, and maintain detailed engineering documentation. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve reliability, manufacturability, and test coverage.

Develop and maintain embedded Linux software, support hardware bring-up and validation, integrate peripherals, create/troubleshoot device drivers and BSPs, debug system issues, optimize performance, and collaborate across hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and product teams.

Design, implement, and optimize perception, planning, and control algorithms for robotic systems. Develop SLAM, sensor fusion, motion planning, and real-time inference pipelines for embedded hardware, validate on physical robots, profile performance, and collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
