Leads complex, cross-functional hardware and software programs from requirements through production launch. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and stakeholders while managing schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendor deliverables, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Supports new product introduction and production transition, facilitates reviews, presents status to leadership, and ensures compliance with ITAR and government contracting requirements.

Develop and execute test strategies for electromechanical, robotic, camera, sensor, and embedded hardware systems from prototype through production. Build test fixtures and stations, automate testing, analyze failures, troubleshoot integrated hardware, validate camera and sensor performance, support product bring-up and certification testing, and maintain detailed engineering documentation. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve reliability, manufacturability, and test coverage.

Owner of end-to-end supply chain for electronics manufacturing: manage suppliers, contracts, lead times, inventory, KPIs, safety guidelines, and cross-functional improvements to ensure production flow.
