Manage and grow Fitpass’s merchant network by selling partnerships to gyms and wellness venues, developing decision-maker relationships, creating tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts. The role includes cross-selling and upselling, business development, improving the partner experience, and identifying new merchant opportunities in the Greek wellness market. It requires B2B sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, English proficiency, and a valid driving license.

Manages and grows existing SME client accounts through relationship management, customer health checks, meetings, service support, and upselling or cross-selling. Handles customer requests, tickets, and order or payment corrections while maintaining client satisfaction. Collaborates with internal teams, supports account development, and follows company procedures. The role requires B2B account management or sales experience, strong communication skills, Greek fluency, and familiarity with CRM and BI tools.

Administer and improve Microsoft Dynamics 365 across sales and marketing. Configure entities, workflows, dashboards, security roles, and Power Automate flows; maintain data quality, reports, integrations, documentation, and system updates. Troubleshoot user issues, manage change requests, coordinate with an external provider during transition, and deliver training to improve adoption. The role serves as the internal CRM expert and supports business stakeholders with CRM analysis and continuous improvement.
