Lead continuous improvement, maintenance/reliability, WIP flow, and EHS to drive on-time delivery. Build CI, PM/TPM, and shop-floor visibility systems (Epicor/Enet/MES) from scratch, direct an execution team, coordinate across production/engineering/quality, and ensure AS9100D and regulatory compliance while reducing downtime and improving OEE.

Set up, run, and maintain Citizen Swiss CNC machines to produce high-precision components. Perform first-article inspections, troubleshoot issues, make minor G-code/CAM edits, ensure parts meet tight tolerances, maintain tooling and documentation, follow AS9100 standards, and contribute to continuous improvement and team handoffs.

Owner of inspection, nonconformance resolution, and customer-facing quality issues for precision motion products. Lead inspection strategy, GD&T-based FAI/AS9102, Gauge R&R, CMM/vision/SPC analysis, MRB/DMR/RMA processes, supplier audits, and support AS9100/ISO9001 compliance and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including weekly payroll, benefits administration, compliance (I-9, FMLA, workers' comp), HRIS records, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, training records per AS9100, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and employee relations in a manufacturing environment.

Set up and operate thread rolling machines to produce precision ball screws and linear components to print. Inspect and document parts using mics, calipers, and indicators, maintain process control, follow AS9100/ISO 9001 procedures, and keep workstations organized and safe.
