Owns delivery, throughput, utilization, cost, quality, and operating discipline while developing managers and production teams. Improves scheduling, ERP systems, workflows, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, quality, sales, and supply chain. Requires hands-on machine shop leadership, aerospace or defense manufacturing experience, and familiarity with CNC machining, Epicor ERP, root-cause analysis, and AS9100 quality systems.

Leads purchasing, planning, scheduling, inventory, material handling, and shipping/receiving for a precision manufacturing operation. Builds reliable Epicor planning data and scheduling processes, manages buyers, planners, and material handlers, improves supplier performance and inventory accuracy, and oversees export compliance, safety, and logistics. Also leads the Epicor Cloud transition and evaluates AI and automation opportunities after establishing a dependable data foundation.

Set up and operate Citizen Swiss CNC machines producing precision aerospace, medical, and defense components. Perform tooling and bar stock setup, program verification, first-article validation, minor G-code or CAM edits, troubleshooting, offset adjustments, and tooling maintenance. Read blueprints and GD&T, inspect parts using precision measuring tools, maintain tight tolerances, complete setup and inspection records, and communicate manufacturing issues to engineering. The role requires reliable shift attendance, ownership of quality, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Own and grow a sales territory for precision motion-control products. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline and CRM management, technical consultation with engineering customers, preparing quotes and proposals, recommending lead screw, ball screw, and linear actuator solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and advancing opportunities through negotiation and close. The role is fully onsite and requires strong technical drawing interpretation, communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.

Set up and operate 2- and 3-axis CNC turning machines, read blueprints and GD&T, perform first-article and in-process inspections, use precision measuring tools, deburr and finish parts, maintain quality and communicate with production, quality, and engineering.

Author and optimize complex CMM inspection routines on Hexagon CMMs using PC-DMIS. Lead GD&T interpretation, FAIs, PPAPs, capability studies, root-cause analysis, and measurement program library management. Mentor technicians, align inspection with machining/process capability, recommend metrology improvements, and support audits and design reviews for precision components.

Owner of inspection, nonconformance resolution, and customer-facing quality issues for precision motion products. Lead inspection strategy, GD&T-based FAI/AS9102, Gauge R&R, CMM/vision/SPC analysis, MRB/DMR/RMA processes, supplier audits, and support AS9100/ISO9001 compliance and continuous improvement.
