Support project-specific licensing and compliance for construction crews: track license applications/renewals, maintain employee certification records, manage a journeyman referral bonus program, communicate with employees and agencies, generate compliance reports, and ensure documentation accuracy per company procedures.

Supports construction project safety by tracking incidents, assisting investigations, conducting training and orientations, developing hazard analyses, leading safety committee meetings, and promoting regulatory compliance and a positive safety culture. The coordinator collaborates with site management, general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and safety leadership while monitoring corrective actions and staying current with legal and regulatory requirements.

Lead electrical commercial/mixed-use construction projects from planning through closeout. Build and manage project teams, control scope, schedule, budget, procurement, contracts and change orders. Oversee third-party contractors, ensure quality engineering deliverables, manage financial forecasting, communicate risks, and mentor staff to drive profitability and meet customer expectations.
