Provides clinical and research leadership for reviewing, expanding, validating, and digitizing an antenatal risk stratification tool. Responsibilities include refining clinical algorithms and referral pathways, expanding coverage to postnatal, newborn, and non-pregnant periods, designing validation studies, preparing ethics submissions, supporting scientific publications, and collaborating with clinical, data, product, technology, and implementation teams.

Supports Helium Health’s internal and external communications strategy, with primary responsibility for HeliumCare communications. Develops content, campaigns, impact narratives, newsletters, presentations, social media, thought leadership, and PR materials. Maintains brand voice, supports media relations and leadership communications, coordinates stakeholder messaging, and monitors internal communications engagement. The role requires strong writing, storytelling, project management, presentation, and relationship-building skills across healthcare, technology, and public health audiences.

Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend applications using Vue.js and React. Develop reusable components, integrate REST APIs, optimize performance, write comprehensive tests, and contribute to frontend architecture and engineering standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product delivery, code reviews, technical planning, CI/CD, accessibility, and reliability. Use AI-powered development tools responsibly for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and research.

Design, build, maintain, and operate scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript. Develop REST APIs, integrate internal and third-party services, optimize relational and NoSQL databases, and implement microservices and event-driven architectures. Deploy services on AWS using Docker and CI/CD, ensure testing, security, reliability, and performance, and collaborate across technical teams. Participate in architecture and code reviews while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and using AI-assisted development tools.

Maintain and enhance Elixir/Phoenix backend services, collaborate with product, QA, and front-end teams, deploy and configure AWS infrastructure, optimize performance and scalability, break services into microservices, and use CI/CD, containers, and DevOps tools to deliver well-tested, reusable code.
