Provides executive administrative support through calendar and meeting management, correspondence, minutes, reminders, follow-up, and confidential assignments. Supports growth by researching prospects, maintaining lead lists, conducting personalized outreach, booking meetings, and tracking activity. Performs business analysis, online research, reporting, presentations, and data gathering while coordinating with internal teams.

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms in AWS and Azure. Own CI/CD tooling and platform lifecycle, automate deployments with infrastructure as code, support application configuration, and implement monitoring, alerting, scalability, and security best practices. Collaborate with product, operations, quality, and software engineering teams while working with containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability tools, databases, and Agile development practices.

Drive revenue growth for Helium Health’s healthcare technology products across Delta State. Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, prospecting, cold calling, upselling, managing pipelines, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining CRM data, developing client and stakeholder relationships, supporting sales operations, coordinating customer transitions, and reporting sales performance. The role also supports team onboarding, territory planning, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration.
