Proactively make outbound calls to generate and nurture leads, explain company services, follow up until closure, maintain a warm lead pipeline, report performance, and collaborate with sales and marketing.

Create SEO-friendly website service and solution pages and blogs (ERP, CRM, Zoho), optimize on-page elements (keywords, headings, meta titles/descriptions), research technical topics and simplify for readers, update website content, and collaborate with marketing and technical teams to maintain consistent brand tone.

Create clear, branded product walkthroughs, tutorials, demos, and promotional videos for software and Zoho automations. Record screen captures and voice-overs, draft scripts/storyboards, produce animations and UI overlays, edit with professional transitions and captions, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver social and presentation-ready assets.

Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, records) while supporting marketing, partner communication, lead generation, client pitches, and internal coordination. Serve as the companys communication bridge with partners, clients, and internal teams.

Work on frontend and backend web applications, build responsive UIs, develop REST APIs, integrate AI APIs and tools, contribute to AI-powered features (chatbots, automation, search), debug, test, optimize, and document development workflows.
