Tier 1 hybrid desktop support role providing initial triage and resolution for end users via Autotask. Manage ticket and call queues, troubleshoot hardware, OS, network, printers, DMS and applications, administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 accounts, configure VPN, and perform on-site tasks including reimaging, deployments, access point and VoIP configuration. Requires regular travel to client sites in Springfield area.

Provide Tier 1 hybrid desktop support: triage, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues via Autotask, calls, and tickets. Support AD and Microsoft 365 accounts, VPN, Windows OS, printers, DMS, networking, and perform on-site break/fix, reimages, deployments, and VoIP/AP adjustments.

Provide first-line remote desktop support: triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier 1 issues via phone/ticketing (Autotask). Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 account tasks, VPN configuration, Windows hardware/software, DMS, network connectivity (DNS/DHCP), and printer troubleshooting.

Lead and execute Helion's integrated B2B growth marketing: demand generation, ABM, digital strategy, HubSpot administration, SEO/AI search optimization, content and thought leadership, vendor management, and marketing operations to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
