Provides Tier 1 desktop support by answering user inquiries, triaging tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printers, VPNs, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and dealership management systems. Documents resolutions in Autotask, supports remote and onsite users, performs PC wiping, reimaging, deployments, access point management, and VoIP configuration, and travels to client locations across Minnesota as needed.

Tier 1 hybrid desktop support role providing initial triage and resolution for end users via Autotask. Manage ticket and call queues, troubleshoot hardware, OS, network, printers, DMS and applications, administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 accounts, configure VPN, and perform on-site tasks including reimaging, deployments, access point and VoIP configuration. Requires regular travel to client sites in Springfield area.

Provide first-line remote desktop support: triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Tier 1 issues via phone/ticketing (Autotask). Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 account tasks, VPN configuration, Windows hardware/software, DMS, network connectivity (DNS/DHCP), and printer troubleshooting.
