Lead and coordinate VAT strategy, structuring and compliance across Heimstaden jurisdictions. Implement VAT groups, optimize VAT deduction, manage VAT audits and controversies, standardize VAT handling in ERP/invoicing systems, train local AP/AR teams, and support transactional and development project VAT planning.

Own collections and reconciliations for outstanding customer debt, maintain accurate records and aged-debt reporting, negotiate payment arrangements, escalate legal recovery when needed, and drive improvements with Finance and Operations.

Define architecture and governance for D365 FO, design and deliver production-ready automations and AI agent solutions, support large implementations, and drive cross-country collaboration to ensure controlled, scalable finance systems.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles across Nordic Group and Service functions. Proactively source passive candidates, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, conduct structured interviews and assessments, provide data-driven recruitment recommendations, and improve candidate experience and employer branding.

Provide strategic legal advice on GDPR/data protection, AI and technology matters; support privacy governance, compliance, risk assessments, contracts, data transfers, and training across shared services and international entities.
