Cleans, sanitizes, polishes, and organizes food and beverage serviceware, cookware, silverware, and kitchen equipment. Operates and maintains dishwashing and burnishing machines, replenishes storage areas, and supports restaurant outlets and the stewarding supervisor. The role requires physical strength, stamina, safe handling of heavy carts and objects, dependable attendance, and effective communication.

Maintains hotel buildings, guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and facilities. Performs preventive maintenance, work orders, troubleshooting, and routine repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lighting, appliances, pool systems, and other building equipment. Responds to guest maintenance requests, documents completed work, coordinates with hotel departments, maintains safety standards, supports room readiness and energy conservation, and escalates issues requiring additional expertise.

Lead and oversee Front Office and Guest Services operations to ensure guest satisfaction, staff training, quality standards, payroll control, VIP handling, complaint resolution, and operational efficiency while maintaining brand standards.

Support the Controller by posting and reconciling city ledger and credit card transactions, processing and coding invoices and purchase orders, maintaining cashier and invoice files, handling vendor inquiries, and assisting with billing, collections, and general ledger reconciliations.

Drive group and event sales to meet revenue targets across rooms, F&B, and room rental. Prospect, present, negotiate, close accounts, coordinate hotel departments, attend industry events, and maintain client relationships while preparing reports and participating in planning and sales meetings.

Patrol the hotel to ensure guest, staff, and property safety; respond to emergencies and alarms; monitor security systems; handle undesired conduct; assist guests and staff with safety-related issues and perform other assigned duties.

Perform overnight foot patrols of the hotel and perimeter to identify and respond to safety, security, and emergency situations. Drive top-line revenue for Group, Catering and Business Travel across a region. Mentor and hold property and centralized sales teams accountable to goals, approve incentives, enforce sales rhythms, leverage corporate platforms (CVENT, Travelclick, Knowland, etc.), partner with eCommerce/marketing, analyze market performance, and implement sales strategies to meet budget and market share targets.

Manage and execute group meetings and events to meet or exceed revenue targets. Oversee banquet event orders, client relations, site inspections, A/V services, forecasting, budgeting, and re-booking. Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to design creative event setups and menus, negotiate contracts, and ensure high planner satisfaction through operational coordination and vendor management.

Support the General Manager by overseeing Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Laundry. Supervise Rooms Department managers, manage budgets and labor, implement SOPs, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to property financial objectives and long-range planning.
