Assists the Controller with hotel accounting operations, including night audit verification, city ledger and credit card reconciliation, invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliation, payment processing, general ledger entries, and maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards.

Directs hotel human resources operations, including recruiting, training, compensation and benefits, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and associate development. Advises leadership and employees, oversees hiring and onboarding checks, ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies, administers wages and benefits, and promotes positive workplace relations across the resort.

Leads sales strategy and revenue generation across four Freehand hotel properties, overseeing group, transient, catering, banquet, and room rental sales. Manages sales teams, recruitment, training, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, market analysis, business planning, client presentations, and ownership reporting. Ensures optimal business mix, advance bookings, revenue performance, and compliance with employment standards. Travel is required as needed.
