Perform washing, sorting, polishing, and maintenance of foodservice ware and equipment. Maintain dish machine, clean pots/pans, polish silverware, and assist stewarding supervisor to keep outlets organized and stocked. Must handle heavy items and follow attendance and safety standards.

Overnight engineer performs preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and facility upkeep across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, and exterior grounds. Responds to guest requests, completes work orders, moves and refurbishes furniture, and follows safety and code requirements.

Assist the Front Office Manager in daily front desk operations to ensure efficient guest registration/checkout, uphold brand standards, train staff, manage forecasts and labor, maintain systems/equipment, resolve guest complaints, and support revenue and communication strategies across hotel departments.
