Processes investor transaction instructions, wire transfers, account reconciliations, tax and AML/KYC documentation, investor statements, contract notes, and recurring client and investor reports. Handles investor inquiries, verifies authorized communications, supports team supervisors and managers, follows policies and local standards, and collaborates with clients and internal departments. The role requires accuracy, deadline management, strong communication, administrative capability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Performs cash, position, market value, and trade reconciliations; investigates breaks; verifies corporate actions; resolves fund issues; escalates aged items; and ensures deadlines are met. The role also guides, mentors, trains, and monitors portfolio accountants while supporting team development and operational accuracy.

Supports APAC middle-office operations for hedge fund clients, including trade capture, affirmations, pricing, settlement, corporate actions, loan lifecycle events, PnL checks, reporting, issue resolution, and vendor coordination. Reviews portfolio pricing against Bloomberg and Reuters, troubleshoots trade and pricing queries, manages escalations, and collaborates with global teams across a follow-the-sun operating model.
