HedgeServ Benefits Overview

Leads business oversight, User Acceptance Testing, quality assurance, release validation, and testing framework development for business-critical applications supporting NAV and Middle Office operations. Partners with Product Development, Client Services, and global stakeholders to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and validation processes. Identifies and manages defects and risks, supports business sign-off, promotes automation and continuous improvement, and serves as a subject matter expert for operational and testing matters.

Processes investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transaction instructions; verifies AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS documentation; reconciles bank accounts; prepares wire transfers, investor statements, client reports, performance distributions, and audit requests. The role also handles investor inquiries, communicates with authorized parties, and collaborates across departments while following established procedures and completing required training.

The Engineer II will develop, maintain, and enhance RPA solutions while collaborating with teams to streamline business operations.
