Lead B2B marketing for Poland: develop go-to-market and content strategy, run LinkedIn and events, create expert content, coordinate agencies, work with design/UX, analyze campaigns, and partner with Sales and Customer Success.

Build production-grade AI and automation systems to integrate ad platforms, CRM and analytics for Performance Marketing. Ensure data accuracy by reviewing SQL and data models, create monitoring/diagnostics and human-in-the-loop decision workflows, and roll the solution out across nine markets.
