The Head of Performance will lead performance marketing strategies, focusing on optimizing paid acquisition channels and utilizing AI tools for data-driven decisions.

Own therapist lifecycle in Lithuania: recruit and onboard licensed therapists, build and engage the community (newsletters, groups, supervision, events), and run CRM/data tracking (Airtable) to monitor performance and retention. Remote, part-time, hands-on role requiring empathy and credibility in mental health.
