Build production-grade AI and automation systems to integrate ad platforms, CRM and analytics for Performance Marketing. Ensure data accuracy by reviewing SQL and data models, create monitoring/diagnostics and human-in-the-loop decision workflows, and roll the solution out across nine markets.

Provide bilingual (Hungarian/English) customer and therapist support via chat, email and phone. Split time between reactive ticket resolution and proactive outbound calls to gather feedback and drive bookings. Handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy, maintain Hungarian content, help refine the AI support agent, and surface recurring issues to improve processes.

The Head of Performance will lead performance marketing strategies, focusing on optimizing paid acquisition channels and utilizing AI tools for data-driven decisions.
