Own the HR function for a 70+ person international scale-up across nine European countries. Responsibilities include employee lifecycle management, recruiter leadership, multi-country contracts and labor-law decisions, payroll coordination, process automation, HR metrics, market expansion support, and employee and manager support. The role requires balancing hands-on operational HR, systems thinking, automation, independent judgment, and empathetic handling of difficult conversations.

Provide empathetic customer and therapist support through chat, email, and ticket resolution. Conduct proactive outbound calls to gather feedback, guide clients toward suitable therapists, and increase bookings. Manage sensitive conversations, coordinate compensation and therapist issues, maintain Czech-language content, improve AI support workflows, and identify recurring problems. Work independently in a fully remote, international customer care team.

Lead B2B client acquisition in Hungary: cold outreach, run meetings, prepare proposals, close deals, manage inbound/outbound leads, coordinate onboarding with client success, and use AI tools and marketing collaboration to scale growth.
