Provide standards-based instruction and services to middle school students with IEPs in reading, math, and writing; implement IEP goals, differentiate instruction, monitor and report progress, collaborate with teachers and families, attend IEP meetings, and support students' preparation for NYS exams while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Provide standards-based instruction and IEP-driven services in reading, math, and writing for elementary students. Collaborate with teachers and families, implement and monitor IEP goals, differentiate instruction, track progress, attend IEP meetings, and engage in professional growth to meet individual student needs.

Deliver small-group, standards-aligned math instruction and SETSS services to middle school students with IEPs; monitor progress, write progress notes, collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers, participate in IEP/CSE meetings, communicate with families, analyze data to drive student growth, and support NYS State Exam preparation.

Lead Hebrew Public’s national alumni program and manage signature middle-school travel programs (DC and Israel). Own alumni database and CRM migration, design regional engagement events and mentorships, coordinate cross-coast programming and shared infrastructure, recruit and manage students/alumni for trips, handle logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships, and provide occasional student recruitment and community engagement support across the network.

Provide front-office administrative support to keep the school running: manage reception, attendance, student records, family communication, procurement, inventory, facilities and vendor coordination, student recruitment events, and support school systems (SIS and communication platforms). Serve as a calm, organized frontline operations resource for staff, families, and external partners.
