Leads Heaven Media’s Campaign Management function, overseeing campaign delivery, quality, resources, risks, processes, budgets, and client commitments across multiple accounts. Manages campaign managers and senior managers, develops team capability, drives operational improvements, and provides strategic and cross-functional leadership. The role also supports sales scoping, commercial performance, compliance, capacity planning, and complex campaign execution within the influencer marketing function.

Manage UK and EU HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, policy compliance, HR reporting, employee engagement, and organisational change. Advise managers on employment matters, oversee complex investigations, maintain GDPR-compliant records, develop HR policies, and lead consistent people practices across international teams.

Drives new business growth across the South Korean and Asia gaming industry by generating pipeline, developing strategic relationships, selling integrated marketing solutions, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing complex B2B opportunities. Represents Heaven Media at industry events, builds connections with regional and global decision-makers, coordinates with internal teams, maintains CRM discipline, and provides market intelligence to support regional expansion.
