Teams at Heartland Paving Partners

Drives new business for asphalt and concrete paving services across Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. Manages customer relationships and the full sales cycle, including project scoping, estimating, proposals, handoffs, scheduling coordination, and project delivery support. The role requires paving industry knowledge, CRM experience, strong communication, organizational skills, target ownership, and travel to meet customers and oversee projects.

Coordinates project transitions from contract award through field execution. Responsibilities include maintaining work orders, developing phasing plans, supporting production schedules, optimizing crew utilization, confirming project readiness, coordinating with office and field teams, maintaining documentation, and identifying improvements to scheduling, production methods, estimating accuracy, and profitability.

Validates and reconciles labor, material, equipment, trucking, subcontractor, and vendor costs in OneCrew. Reviews construction documentation, identifies discrepancies, confirms costs align with contracts and change orders, and coordinates with field teams, project management, sales, vendors, and accounting. Provides final job-costing sign-off, supports margin analysis, and confirms projects are ready for invoicing and closeout.
