We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst – FP&A & Accounting to join our growing finance organization. This position will support the company's operational and commercial finance activities while gaining meaningful exposure to financial reporting, accounting, and corporate finance.

The Financial Analyst will work primarily with the Manager, FP&A – Operational Finance, while also supporting the Director, FP&A – Commercial Finance and Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting. Through structured cross-training and rotational responsibilities, the analyst will develop an understanding of both how the business generates financial results and how those results ultimately flow through the financial statements.

  • Assist in identifying margin leakage and operational improvement opportunities.
  • Develop analyses to help business unit leaders understand the financial impact of operating decisions.
  • Work with operational teams to investigate financial variances and identify root causes.
  • Support business cases for equipment, staffing, pricing, and other operational decisions.
