Support accounts payable by coding and entering invoices, checking vouchers, reconciling vendor statements, answering vendor inquiries, preparing AP reports, maintaining files, analyzing vendor accounts, and assisting the accounting team as needed.

Apply pesticides, fertilizers, and other agricultural products following label directions; record weather, product and field conditions; maintain and perform routine maintenance on application equipment and grounds; keep accurate records; operate with safety, customer service, and DOT/CDL compliance during seasonal long hours.

Manage daily operations of a Heartland Co-op location, overseeing production, distribution, warehousing, inventory control, sales, accounting, budgeting, safety, and staff supervision. Ensure grain quality, customer relations, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency; prepare financial records and recommend budgets. Role requires heavy lifting and on-site work.
