Sell petroleum products and related services to growers and producers, including refined fuels, propane, lubricants, risk management tools, and tank monitoring systems. Manage customer relationships, pricing, contracts, credit qualification, market and competitor monitoring, customer meetings, and sales reporting. Support petroleum policy development, profitability planning, and coordination with operations. The role requires customer service, communication, analytical abilities, basic business math, software proficiency, and regular driving.

Administers payroll, benefits, deductions, tax deposits, workers’ compensation, and related compliance records. Compiles and verifies payroll data, resolves employee timesheet issues, reconciles benefits and deductions, coordinates with benefit providers, maintains employee records, and supports year-end tax reporting including W-2 and ACA forms. The role also assists HR with employee orientations and policy updates while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws.

Sells agronomy inputs and services, including seed, fertilizer, agricultural chemicals, and agronomy programs, to production customers. Develops customer and prospect relationships, assesses agronomic needs, recommends products, tracks market information, and supports sales programs. Conducts farm test plots for crop varieties, communicates sales and product issues to management, and maintains required certifications, licensing, and commercial insurability. The role involves outdoor work, seasonal hours, and occasional lifting.
