Manage location operations including production, distribution, warehousing, inventory control, sales, budgeting, and safety. Lead and supervise staff, maintain accounting records, promote services, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Sell, support, and deliver precision agriculture products and services across an assigned territory. Provide soil and tissue sampling, variable-rate prescriptions, data analysis, Climate FieldView and Truterra platform implementation, UAV imagery collection, and Farm Field System data management. Develop sales and marketing plans, meet sales and margin targets, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and represent the company at events. Frequent travel within the trade area and physical field work required.

Sell feed products within an assigned territory by making sales calls, recommending feed and services, evaluating animal performance, assisting manufacturing and deliveries, managing orders/billing, maintaining equipment, supporting retail promotions, and building long-term customer relationships.
