Own end-to-end product development, partner with engineering to establish a rigorous, hypothesis-driven shipping process, and use customer insights and analytics to unblock engineering and increase velocity.

Own Hearth's paid acquisition end-to-end: run and scale Meta and Google campaigns, build programmatic channels, manage budgets and P&L, optimize landing pages and tracking, run rigorous A/B tests, set up attribution and reporting, and leverage AI to improve creative, audiences, and bidding for contractor lead generation.
